I didn't even know people pc still existed! I have found almost all the mails I have received, whether from an individual or mega conglomerate, use the most common of email providers. That should be everyones first tip off. Even I have my own person email server with a website I run. A big company or government official will NOT be using Hotmail, gmail, peoplepc or even a internet provider email address like ATT or Time Warner. A good rule of thumb to know if the email is phishy.
