It is always amusing seeing these with, From the desk of so and so attached to it. A name does have certain power. Of course this person is a fiction. And if it is a real persons name, that person has no connection to this mailing. You will see this with some Government sponsored mailings. It is also amusing to see the many syntax errors within.
